How to Order
Planning your wedding gives you 101 things to think about, so we have tried to make our website clear and as easy as possible to use but please see below for some guidance on how to actually place your order. We are always more than happy to listen to any feedback on our website and so if you have any comments please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How to Use the Website
The left hand column on each page of our website will list each category of wedding dress that you can choose from.
Each category will then list all of the wedding products under that heading and from here you may place your selections into your shopping cart or add him to your wish list.
With each dress you will be given the choice of colours available to you in that particular style. You can then choose a size from our standard sizes using the drop down menu, or you can click the “Custom Size” button to input your own measurements. Always refer to our How to Measure guide to ensure that you are being measured correctly. You will also have the option to choose the design on the back of your dress for some dresses. You can choose between a zipper (zip up back) or lace up (corset style back) design.
Select the colour, size, back design and quantity of the wedding product of choice then click on "add to cart".
Doing this will show you the contents of your shopping cart and you will then have the option to go “back to store” or “check out”.
How to Use Our Shopping Cart and Place Your Order
You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "view basket" link towards the top right of each page.
Here you may then remove any unwanted items, change the quantities required, continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.
Having selected remove or changed the quantity, click on "update" to re-calculate your total.
Once you have proceeded to “check out” you can add any “delivery notes” that you may have in the box provided. Please note that all packages will require a signature and cannot be left unsigned.
You should then read and accept the Terms and Conditions before clicking on the “proceed” button where you can pay for your order.
