Delivery Information

Standard sizes and custom made dresses take approximately 5-6 weeks for delivery, although some will arrive earlier.  If you require your dress by a certain date please contact us and we will see if this is possible.

All orders are dispatched in a single delivery therefore please be aware that if you order more than one item your order will only be dispatched once all items are ready. 

Below are some guidelines regarding our postage and packaging costs, the actual postage cost for your order takes into consideration a number of factors and is automatically calculated during the checkout process.

European Delivery Charges - £35

Postage Services:

All items are sent via the Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service and are fully insured to the value of the order.  Special Delivery orders are guaranteed by the post office to arrive the next day after dispatch.  We cannot offer a refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in transit. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes and require billing address and delivery address to be the same to reduce the risk of fraud. 

Customs Charges and Import Tax

All our products are shipped from the UK therefore no customs charges or import taxes are payable on orders for delivery within the UK. 

If your order is for delivery outside of the UK then these charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
